We are seeking a dedicated FOH All-Rounder to join our vibrant team in Byron Bay. This casual role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our hospitality and catering establishment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and contribute positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to our guests
n
- Work across floor, coffee and bar service as required
n
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
n
- Prepare quality coffee and assist with breakfast service
n
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
- Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
n
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage and hotel teams
n




- Contribute to the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of The Bonobo
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Previous hospitality experience in a hotel, restaurant, café or bar environment
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
n
- Confident communication and a positive, professional attitude
n
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
n
- Flexible and willing to work across different areas of FOH
n
- Barista and/or bartending experience highly regarded
n
- Current RSA required for all applicants
n
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and a variety of shifts
n
