Job Description

JBS Australia’s Southern Division, based in Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Beef Bone Area Leader (PM) for our Brooklyn Plant. Working hands-on, you will lead, mentor and support the Beef team while implementing initiatives to uphold safety, quality, and animal welfare standards.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, monitor quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced workplace.
