The Opportunity
Based in Jandakot, WA, this is a hands‑on leadership opportunity where you’ll manage, support and develop a team of six. You’ll play a key role in improving systems, streamlining processes and driving greater efficiency across the administration function. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys developing people and making a positive impact on the way a team operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop a team of six, providing clear direction, support and ongoing coaching.
- Set explicit expectations, priorities and objectives for the administration function, ensuring alignment with operational and business requirements.
- Oversee administrative systems and processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy and efficiency across the team.
- Review reporting and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps and areas requiring attention.
- Drive process improvements to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and strengthen administrative practices.
- Partner with Operations, Finance and key stakeholders to resolve issues and support business requirements.
- Lead and support system, process and operational changes, ensuring effective implementation and adoption across the team.
About You
- Previous experience in an Administration Manager, or similar people leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing Team Leaders or Supervisors and developing leadership capability within a team.
- Strong systems capability with confidence working across multiple platforms and learning new systems.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support operational decision-making.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience managing change and successfully implementing new processes and ways of working.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
