About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Production Manager to lead our A Team in the new facility.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll take full ownership of production in our flagship team. You’ll oversee:

- End-to-end workshop production and workflow in the new facility
- Steel fabrication processes at the highest standard
- Cutting-edge robotic and automated manufacturing systems
- Quality control systems that protect our reputation
- Team performance, coordination, and continuous improvement

You’ll be the driving force behind our A Team — setting the pace, raising the bar, and delivering excellence every day.

About You

- Trade qualified (Boilermaker or Sheet Metal Worker) with robust steel fabrication/manufacturing experience
- Proven ability (or clear potential) to lead teams and drive results
- Reliable, high work ethic, and hungry to take ownership
- Excited by new technology, automation, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
