We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurses to join our team at GP UltraHub – Toowoomba Plaza Clinic. Our nurses play a vital role in delivering patient-centred care and supporting our healthcare professionals in providing the highest standard of medical services.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting healthcare providers with patient assessments, examinations, and treatments
- Administering vaccinations and medications as prescribed by clinicians
- Performing clinical procedures such as wound care, ear syringing, ECGs, and venepuncture
- Conducting health screenings and assessments, including chronic disease management and preventive care
- Providing patient education and counselling on various health topics (medication management, lifestyle modification, disease prevention, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records using Best Practice
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and referrals
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)



qualification and current registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience working as a General Practice Nurse or in a primary care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (Best Practice preferrably).
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
