Our services include alternative high school education, crisis accommodation and housing support, alcohol and other drugs counselling, youth justice programs, life skills and employment pathways, cultural support and community engagement.

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, data‑driven Regular Giving Specialist to lead the growth, optimisation and stewardship of our monthly giving program. You’ll manage acquisition, retention, uplift and donor experience across digital, telefundraising, direct mail and supporter journeys, ensuring donors feel connected, valued and inspired to stay.

This is a role for someone who thrives on analysis, storytelling, testing, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Grow the Regular Giving program — Develop and implement strategies to increase monthly donor numbers, value and long‑term retention.
- Lead acquisition activity — Manage digital, telefundraising and DM acquisition channels, ensuring strong ROI and consistent optimisation.
- Retention & uplift — Build donor journeys that reduce attrition, deepen engagement and increase monthly gift value.
- Data, segmentation & reporting — Use analytics, segmentation and forecasting to guide decision‑making and track program performance.




- Supplier & agency management — Manage telefundraising partners, creative agencies and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
- Content & storytelling — Craft donor‑centric messaging that communicates impact and strengthens supporter connection.
- Budget oversight — Monitor budgets, performance metrics and revenue targets to ensure sustainable program growth.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in Regular Giving, Fundraising, Direct Marketing or Donor Retention.
- Strong understanding of donor journeys, segmentation and supporter experience.
- Confidence managing suppliers, budgets and performance data.
- A test‑and‑learn mindset comfortable experimenting, analysing and scaling.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people.

Desirable

- Experience in a not‑for‑profit or membership‑based organisation
- Experience using marketing automation platforms and developing supporter journeys
- Knowledge of digital fundraising channels and acquisition techniques
- Experience creating or coordinating visual assets for social media, email and direct marketing
