About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Renderer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for applying rendering finishes to residential and commercial building projects, working across new builds, extensions, and renovation sites. This is a hands-on role suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in producing a high-quality, durable finish.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents as required
- Mix and apply render (sand/cement, acrylic, and polymer-modified systems) to interior and exterior walls
- Apply base coats, texture coats, and finishing coats to specification
- Ensure rendered surfaces are level, smooth, and free of defects
- Apply expansion joints, corner beads, and other trims correctly




- Work from scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work platforms in line with safety procedures
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and job instructions
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to maintain project timelines
- Maintain tools and equipment, and manage on-site material usage
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian building codes and WHS regulations
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven experience as a Renderer in residential and/or commercial construction
- Sound knowledge of rendering materials, techniques, and finishes
- Trade qualification or relevant experience
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per hour
