New Wave Cleaning Co is looking for two new team members to join our growing team! ✨

We’re a family-owned business that genuinely cares about our staff, our clients and the work we do. We pride ourselves on building great relationships, delivering a high-quality professional service and creating a positive team setting where everyone feels supported.

? ABOUT THE ROLE

The role involves cleaning residential homes Monday to Friday — we don’t work weekends! ✨ 3–5 days per week

✨ Approximately 8 hours per working day (some days will be less)

✨ Start and finish times vary depending on your daily roster

✨ Operating hours are generally between 7am–5pm

✨ Weekly roster provided in advance

✨ All staff work in pairs

✨ Happy to work with you if you’re looking for more consistent days/hours

? WHAT WE OFFER

- All cleaning equipment and products provided
- Fuel allowance paid per working day, in addition to your hourly rate
- Work across the Mornington Peninsula and South-East suburbs of Melbourne
- Full training provided — no previous cleaning experience required




- Supportive and friendly team environment
- No weekend work
- Closed on all public holidays

Previous cleaning experience is definitely an advantage, but it’s not essential. What matters most to us is a friendly, reliable and willing-to-learn attitude.

We’re looking for someone who: ✔️ Is available 3–5 days per week

✔️ Has reliable transport and a current driver’s licence

✔️ Has a reliable smartphone

✔️ Has strong attention to detail

✔️ Takes pride in their work

✔️ Is reliable and punctual

✔️ Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team

✔️ Is available during school holidays
