We’re hiring now for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of established client accounts in Rockhampton. This is a busy, high-volume role, no cold sales, just delivery. If you can move fast, build trust, and keep candidates engaged, you’ll succeed here.

What You’ll Do n

- Deliver high-volume recruitment
n
- Pipeline constantly to stay ahead of demand
n
- Handle compliance, medicals, and onboarding
n
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
n
- Build strong relationships with site stakeholders
n




- Attend quarterly site visits to strengthen client relationships and gain first-hand operational insight
n
- Support safety reporting and incident tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate data capture
n

- Agency recruitment experience (blue-collar preferred)

- Robust organisation + ability to handle volume
