As an IT Field Support Engineer, you'll provide face-to-face technical support across BaptistCare sites, ensuring staff have the technology and support they need to deliver exceptional care and services. You'll be a visible and trusted IT partner, working closely with users, leaders and specialist technology teams to resolve issues, support projects and improve the overall technology experience.

About the Role

n

In this varied and mobile role, you will:

n

- Provide onsite IT support and service restoration across multiple locations.
n
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot end-user devices and site technology.
n
- Support technology upgrades, migrations, projects and site changes.
n
- Maintain accurate IT asset and configuration records.
n
- Identify recurring issues, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
n
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, Applications and Cyber Security teams.
n
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support arrangements as required.
n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Minimum 3yrs experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Field Engineer role.
n




- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies, devices and workplace systems.
n
- Experience working within IT service management practices.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between BaptistCare locations.
n
- Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or other industry certifications.
n
- Experience supporting multi-site environments preferably within aged care or NFP sector.
n
- Exposure to project delivery, technology deployments or change initiatives.
n
