Job Description

Melton City Council is offering a Full Time Fixed Term parental leave backfill in the Wellness & Engagement unit for a Team Leader Social Connections. The role leads the Social Connections team to deliver CHSP, HACC PYP, and Community Transport services during a period of change.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, mentor staff, and ensure services are delivered safely and responsively through to 30 June 2027, with a focus on people-centered service delivery and cross-team
