Job Description

Village Cinemas is seeking a Duty Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach team members on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensure safety and compliance across the venue. You will report to site senior leadership and play a key role in presenting a welcoming, well-run cinema.

The role demands robust leadership, the ability to motivate staff, and a proactive approach to safety and guest interactions. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is required.
