About the Role:

Applications are sought from recently or soon to be qualified Enrolled Nurses to transition into their nursing careers under our established Transition to Practice Program at Echuca Regional Health.This Program is rotation based, including both Acute and Aged Care settings. The role is strongly supported by our Education team and offers a structured program and learning opportunities to assist with the successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
- Maintain Clinical competence and participate in ongoing education and training sessions to keep skills and knowledge current.
- Actively participate in quality improvement activities, unit meetings and committees as appropriate
- Actively participate in in-house education and training programs

Qualifications/experience required:

- Diploma of Nursing




- Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
