- Impeccable and professional presentation.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional Property Management services, including leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination.




- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism.
- Managing arrears, lease renewals, and bond disbursements in compliance with the Tenancy Act.
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and owners’ assets are protected.
- Handling NT CAT attendance and insurance claims when necessary.

What You’ll Need to Apply

- A current Agent’s Representative Registration (or the ability to transfer your license to the NT).
- A strong background in Property Management.
- Professional presentation and proficient computer skills (experience with Property Tree is a bonus).
