Bendigo’s newly renovated Huntly Hotel is looking for a hospitality superstar to join the team and take the reins of our large bistro and function spaces.

About the role

As our Restaurant & Functions Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bistro and function rooms, ensuring strong service standards, smooth events, and a great guest experience every time.

You will work closely with senior management, kitchen, bar, and events teams to help drive the venue forward.
