About the Prospect

Reporting into the General Manager, we’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team. This is your chance to shape exceptional guest experiences, develop a talented team, and be part of a dynamic, high-profile venue in Sydney.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant

- Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience





- Exceptional service skills and guest focused

- Robust understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices

- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods

- Proven ability in building effective relationships

- Organisational and time management skills

- Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar

- Exceptional communication and presentation

- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
