Restaurant Supervisor at NONDA!

NONDA is looking for a motivated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Gasworks Plaza, Newstead.

As a modern Japanese restaurant, we’re focused on great food, genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a relaxed and vibrant environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our management team, lead the FOH team during service and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example, support the team during service and help maintain high standards of service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant
- Lead, motivate and support the FOH team during service
- Assist with team training and development
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and special requests
- Monitor service flow,



table management and guest needs
- Help ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Waitstaff
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
