Retail Manager – Melbourne Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join their team in Melbourne, VIC.

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, motivate and manage the retail team
- Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage stock, inventory and merchandising
- Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing requirements
- Train and develop team members
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain high store presentation standards

About You
- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or in a similar leadership position




- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive and proactive attitude
- Availability to work weekends when required
