Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience

CHARBHUJA PTY LTD is seeking an organised Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of its store in Hughenden. You will manage staff, stock, sales and customer service while helping the business maintain effective and welcoming retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store and set customer service standards.
- Supervise, train and support retail staff, prepare rosters and allocate duties.
- Monitor sales performance and work with management on store targets and budgets.
- Determine stock requirements, coordinate purchasing and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Liaise with suppliers about orders, deliveries and product availability.
- Oversee product pricing, displays and merchandising.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, loss and wastage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale procedures and daily reconciliations.
- Maintain records of sales,



stock levels and financial transactions.
- Coordinate promotions and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
- Ensure the store meets workplace health and safety requirements and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail management or a senior retail supervisory role.
- A qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Relevant retail industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience supervising staff, managing stock and coordinating daily store operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organise work, manage priorities and make sound operational decisions.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
