As Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for three key areas: people, customers and sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, coaching and developing the retail team

- Driving retail sales and improving store performance

- Managing relationships with our existing wholesale customers

- Proactively developing new wholesale accounts and sales opportunities

- Regularly communicating with wholesale customers regarding products, pricing, promotions and requirements

- Identifying opportunities to increase sales across existing wholesale accounts

- Building strong relationships with retail customers and encouraging repeat business

- Developing our pet, equine, animal health and rural product categories

- Identifying new products and ranges that meet customer demand





- Providing knowledgeable advice to horse and rural customers

- Monitoring retail performance, margins and key sales indicators

- Product ranging, merchandising and store presentation

- Stock ordering and inventory management

- Planning and implementing promotions and sales initiatives

- Managing staff rosters and day-to-day team performance

- Training staff to improve product knowledge and sales capability

- Working directly with management on sales strategy and continued business growth

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
