About the role

Ladybird Nursery is a North Brisbane garden centre and online nursery. This is a hands-on, physically active role working across the busy retail nursery and e-commerce operation. You'll spend much of the day on your feet, outdoors, moving around the nursery, handling stock and serving customers.

Key responsibilities

- Online order processing, picking, packing and dispatch
- Stock receiving, replenishment and stock control
- Merchandising and maintaining excellent presentation
- Using POS and other online systems
- Customer service and checkout
- Keeping daily operations organised and moving efficiently
