About the role

Based at Southland Shopping Centre, this Part-Time Retail Sales Ambassador role offers the chance to work in a vibrant retail environment where every customer interaction matters. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets and maintaining the high standards expected of the business. This role will suit an experienced retail salesperson who understands the importance of customer engagement, product knowledge and creating a personalised shopping experience.

You will be a key member of the team — bringing enthusiasm, confidence and a genuine passion for fashion to every interaction.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer relationships
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations
- Drive sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support stock replenishment, store operations and daily priorities
- Contribute positively to team culture and store success
- Represent the business with energy, professionalism and pride

About you

- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments
- A genuine passion for fashion and helping customers find products they love




- A naturally engaging personality with the ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful connections
- Strong sales ability with confidence achieving targets and KPIs
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team

- Flexibility to work a part-time roster including weekends and peak trading periods
