About the role

Based at Sydney Domestic Airport, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting current people, working in a vibrant retail environment and delivering outstanding service to customers on the move. As a Full-Time Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating engaging customer interactions, driving sales performance and ensuring every customer receives the premium Oxford experience. You will be a key brand ambassador, representing Oxford with energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for fashion.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Oxford brand
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and provide personalised styling advice
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support stock management, replenishment and daily store operations
- Create a positive and energetic team environment

About you

- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or customer-focused environments
- A naturally engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service




- Confidence achieving sales targets and contributing to team success
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport retail environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand presentation standards
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and early morning or evening shifts as required
- A genuine interest in fashion and helping customers feel their best
