Drummond Golf Mile End is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

This is an opportunity to combine your passion for golf with your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You won't simply be processing sales — you'll be helping golfers choose the right clubs, apparel, footwear and accessories for their game while building genuine relationships with our customers.

You'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our store, including:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
- Using your golf knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Actively engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Building strong relationships with new and returning customers
- Developing strong product knowledge across golf clubs, equipment, apparel, footwear and accessories
- Keeping up to date with new products, brands and golf technology
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Processing sales and operating the POS system
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve store goals

About you

We're looking for someone who is passionate about golf, enjoys selling and genuinely likes dealing with people.

You'll ideally have

- A genuine passion for golf and golf equipment, plays golf and/or has an adequate understanding of the game
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
- Confidence engaging with customers and identifying their needs
- A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- A positive, energetic and professional approach
- A desire to achieve and contribute to sales results
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and pride in store presentation
- A willingness to continually develop your product and golf knowledge

- Availability to work weekends

Golf retail experience will be highly regarded. However, if you have strong sales or retail experience and are genuinely passionate about golf, we would love to hear from you.
