Naughty But Nice is a growing premium adult retail chain in South East Queensland, and we’re preparing to open our current Stafford store.

We’re looking for a reliable, mature and confident Casual Retail Sales Assistant who can provide professional, judgement-free customer service and help keep the store running smoothly.

About the role

Stafford will be your primary location. You may also support our Cannon Hill and Capalaba stores where needed. Training shifts will primarily be at Capalaba or Cannon Hill, with successful candidates starting immediately ahead of our mid-October Stafford opening.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, professional and discreet customer service
- Confidently assist customers with adult products, sexual wellness and product selection
- Open and close the store
- Operate registers and complete end-of-day procedures
- Manage stock carefully to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleaning and merchandising
- Pack online orders and fulfil website orders




- Assist with stock ordering and other day-to-day retail tasks

What we’re looking for

- Reliable, mature, confident and comfortable discussing sexual wellness
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong initiative, attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
- Reliable transport
- Shopify and Lightspeed experience is desirable

Pay and hours

This is a casual Retail Award Level 1 position, with potential for up to 38 hours per week at Stafford for the right candidate, with hours varying by store needs and season.
- $33.19 per hour on weekdays
- $39.83 per hour for evenings and Saturdays
- $53.10 per hour on Sundays
- $66.38 per hour on public holidays
