Retail Sales Consultant – Part time (Up to 30 Hours + Overtime)

Bujairami Perfumes is seeking a passionate, reliable and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing Perth North team.

This position is suited to someone who is looking for a dedicated, ongoing role with Bujairami and is committed to making the role a priority.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a genuine interest in fragrances and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding Australian fragrance business.

The Position

- Up to 30 hours per week, across 4 dedicated working days
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday are the required working days
- Additional hours and overtime may be available when required
- Saturday availability is essential
- Applicants must be able to commit to these 4 days consistently
- This position requires someone who is dedicated and committed to their role with Bujairami
- Based within our Perth North stores
- Opportunity to work in a NEW upcoming North location in Perth.
- Ongoing fragrance and product training provided

Important Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have 2 plus years retail experience
- Must love and use bujairami fragrances
- Applicants must live in the Perth North region or be able to reliably travel to our Perth North stores
- Must have reliable access to a car or be willing and able to use public transport to get to work reliably and on time
- Must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to commit to these working days on an ongoing basis
- This position is not suitable for applicants currently studying at school, TAFE or university




- We are looking for someone who is seeking a committed and ongoing position, rather than a role around study commitments

- Has previous retail or sales experience (A must)
- Has a genuine passion for fragrances and enjoys learning about different scents
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is friendly, bright, confident and approachable
- Is not shy, as this job requires someone who is confident, kind and a great open respectful communicator
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Takes pride in their work and appearance
- Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail workplace
- Can work independently while also being a strong team player
- Is motivated to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Is willing to learn our extensive fragrance range, inspirations and notes
- Can demonstrate initiative and leadership qualities when required
- Is looking for a role they can commit to and grow with long term

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Welcome and assist customers in finding fragrances suited to their preferences
- Develop strong knowledge of Bujairami's fragrance range, inspirations and notes
- Achieve individual and team sales targets




- Process customer sales accurately through our POS system
- Assist with stock management, merchandising and replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when required
- Follow Bujairami store procedures and standards
- Support and motivate fellow team members
- Contribute to a positive, professional and welcoming team environment

Pay: $28.00 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
