About the role

Rawco Constructions is seeking an Experienced Onsite Installer & Excavator Operator to work on retaining wall construction projects across civil and commercial sites. You will operate excavators ranging from 14-24 ton and perform installation work on concrete sleeper retaining walls.

Key responsibilities

- Construct concrete sleeper retaining walls on civil and commercial sites
- Operate 13T or above excavators with auger attachments
- Perform rock drilling work (Solid Basalt Core Drilling)
- Adhere to safety requirements and regulations onsite
- Complete tasks effectively without supervision
- Work on projects across Wallan, Sunbury, Bacchus Marsh, and Geelong Area

About you

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall construction on civil or commercial sites




- Experience using an auger on an excavator (13T or above)
- Experience with rock drilling preferred (Solid Basalt Core Drilling)
- Understanding and adherence to safety requirements and regulations onsite
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude
- Ability to complete tasks effectively without supervision
- Valid Australian drivers license and access to own vehicle
- All relevant plant Operator tickets
- Construction Induction Card
