We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail & Visitor Services Assistant to join our team at the Bundaberg Barrel. This is a casual role, with additional shifts available during peak tourism periods, school holidays, and special events.

What You'll Do

- Welcome visitors and share the story of Bundaberg Brewed Drinks
- Host engaging tasting experiences for guests
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Process sales and maintain merchandising displays
- Assist with restocking products and maintaining presentation standards
- Support the team to create a welcoming and memorable visitor experience

What We're Looking For

- A passion for customer service and creating positive guest experiences
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, retail,



or customer-facing roles is highly regarded
- A flexible team player who is happy to assist wherever needed
- Availability across a 7-day roster between 8:30am and 4:30pm
- The ability to accept occasional additional shifts during busy periods

Important Availability Requirement While weekly hours are generally limited, successful applicants must be available to work across any day of the week as roster requirements change based on visitor demand and seasonal business needs.
