HPS Recruitment is seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Riggers for multiple upcoming October shutdowns at Murrin Murrin, working with a highly regarded Perth crane company.

We have several shutdown opportunities throughout October ranging from 1–3 weeks in duration, making these roles ideal for experienced mine-site Riggers looking to lock in strong rates and consistent shutdown work.

We are looking for reliable RI and RA Riggers who are shutdown-ready, have their tickets in order and can mobilise quickly.

About the Role You'll be working as part of an experienced crane and rigging crew across various shutdown and maintenance activities at Murrin Murrin.

Your duties may include

- Intermediate and advanced rigging activities
- Rigging and lifting structural steel and equipment
- Working alongside crane operators
- Positioning and moving plant components




- Assisting with shutdown maintenance activities
- Following lift plans and site procedures
- Working safely around operating plant and equipment
- Maintaining high safety standards throughout each shutdown

We're looking for experienced Riggers who understand the demands of mine-site shutdown work and can hit the ground running. Requirements To be considered, you must have:

- Intermediate (RI) or Advanced (RA) Rigging HRWL
- Previous mine-site rigging experience
- Previous shutdown experience highly regarded
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong English and communication skills
- Physically and medically fit for mine-site work
- Ability to pass a LABDAS / laboratory Drug & Alcohol screen
- Must be clean shaven for site respiratory/PPE requirements
- Available for shutdown swings throughout October
- Reliable and ready to mobilise when required
