️ Managing the clinic schedule to keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently.

Greeting and liaising with our wonderful clients, creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door.

Generating invoices and processing payments accurately and seamlessly.

n

Managing sensitive client health information with the utmost care, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

n

Assisting clients with minor hearing aid maintenance to help keep them connected to the world around them.

n

Answering and managing phone calls, serving as the friendly voice and first point of contact for our community.

What are we looking for?

n

We welcome applications from motivated, compassionate professionals who possess the following:

n

- Proven Experience: Background in medical reception, clinical administration, or high-level customer service roles.
n
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a robust dedication to delivering top-tier client care.

- Tech & Admin Savvy:



Strong computer literacy with experience in scheduling software, invoicing, and patient management systems.
n
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort and confidence in learning to perform minor, hands-on hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting.
n
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage phone inquiries, and handle face-to-face interactions in a busy clinic setting.
n
- Discretion: High degree of integrity and care when managing confidential health records.

This role is 2 days per week. 9:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday and Friday.
