As a Civil Water Operator, you'll be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of water infrastructure, including:

- Construction, maintenance and repair of water mains and pipelines
- Responding to water network faults, leaks and service interruptions
- Operating plant, equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance activities
- Performing excavation, reinstatement and civil maintenance works
- Assisting with emergency response and after-hours call-outs as required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with operational procedures

Requirements:

- Experience in civil construction, utilities, water operations or a related field
- Knowledge of water sampling,



chlorination and water quality monitoring
- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Experience operating plant and equipment relevant to civil maintenance activities
- Solid commitment to safety and working within established procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Certificate II & III Water Industry Operations qualifications or willingness to obtain them
- Hold certifications in Confined Space, Chlorine Handling, or Working at Heights preferred but not essential.
- Must be able to pass pre employment medical and DAS
