Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand services beyond NSW, enhancing digital presence, and creating compelling content across multiple channels. You will manage social media campaigns, organise webinars and workshops, design marketing materials, and build brand presence across targeted sectors including Accommodation, Aged Care, Allied Health, Youth, and Disability.

Key responsibilities

n

Develop and implement strategies to expand services beyond NSW, reaching a wider audience

n

Enhance website using tools like SEMrush and Adwords, and execute an effective SEO strategy

n

Organise and host industry-specific webinars and workshops

n

Develop compelling case stories for newspapers, magazines, journalists, bloggers, and media outlets

n

Utilise InDesign or Photoshop to create mockups, advertising posters, newsletters and other marketing materials

n

Manage and campaign social media channels and advertising efforts

n

Generate innovative ideas to promote business, such as billboards, bus ads, newspaper ads, letterbox drops, and online marketing

n

Create internal communication materials like videos, induction programs, presentations,



and staff communications

n

Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find new leads and opportunities

n

Enroll the company in award programs and participate in networking events

n

About you

n

Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

n

Proficiency in SEMrush, AdWords, InDesign, Photoshop, video editing and social media platforms

n

Solid organisational and multitasking skills

n

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

n

Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

n

Passion for the sectors served: Allied Health, Support Independent Accommodation, Aged Care, Youth, and Disability

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
