- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based support plans.

- Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.

- Provide training and coaching to staff, students, and families on behaviour management strategies.

- Support participants’ inclusion and participation in community life.
n
- Participate in professional development and ongoing supervision.

About you nn
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Sciences, or related field.
n
- Demonstrated experience with Positive Behaviour Support and restrictive practice regulations.
n
- Strong understanding of person-centred and least restrictive practices.
