About the Role

As a Senior Manager -Risk Advisory & Assurance you will:

- Lead and support delivery of Risk Advisory & Assurance solutions across global clients.
- Operate autonomously, taking end‑to‑end accountability for engagements.
- Build and manage client relationships, while supporting business development and account mining .
- Represent Genpact’s Risk Advisory Services in Australia, leading solutions such as Operational Risk Management, Internal Control Framework Design, Enterprise Risk Management, and Risk Framework Development .

ey Responsibilities

- Independently manage multiple customer engagements with full accountability for planning, execution, and delivery.
- Review project deliverables, ensuring quality standards and compliance with APRA frameworks (CPS 220, CPS 230, CPS 234).




- Provide actionable recommendations for design/compliance issues and engage with client leadership to address business impacts.
- Lead and mentor teams across hierarchies, conducting performance appraisals and supporting career development.
- Partner with HR in hiring and onboarding risk professionals.

Key Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience in Risk Advisory, Assurance, Governance, and Internal Controls .
- Robust knowledge of Operational Risk, Compliance Frameworks, ERM, and APRA regulations .
- Proven stakeholder management and client‑facing consulting experience .
- Ability to lead teams independently , manage large accounts, and deliver risk solutions without heavy reliance on support.
- Background in Banking & Financial Services preferred.

Qualifications

- Relevant years of Risk Advisory & Assurance domain experience.
- Exposure to GRC tools, Control Assurance programs, and risk consulting engagements .
