About the role

Window Witchery is seeking a full-time Roman Blinds Assembler to join our growing team in Malaga, WA 6090. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality roman blinds for our customers. As a Roman Blinds Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, quality-checking and preparing our products for delivery.

This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring our customers receive products that meet our exacting standards.

What you'll be doing

- Assembling roman blinds according to specifications and design specifications provided
- Installing and securing components including fabric, headrails, cords and hardware
- Performing quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements
- Preparing finished products for packaging and dispatch
- Maintaining accurate records of production and any quality issues
- Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe
- Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
- Following all health and safety procedures and company protocols

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in product assembly, manufacturing or a similar hands-on role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to follow instructions and work from technical specifications
- Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently




- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A valid driver's licence is desirable
- Experience in the blinds, furnishings or window covering industry would be advantageous
