Your New Company

Hays Trades & Labour is partnering with a rapidly growing Canberra-based trade services provider. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand for residential and commercial projects, we are seeking experienced roofers and roof plumbers to join a high-performing team that values quality construction, customer service and long-term career development.

Your New Role

As an experienced roofer, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial roofing projects, maintenance work and repairs. Your duties will include:

- Roof restorations and roof replacements
- Roof repairs and leak investigations
- Gutter and downpipe installations and replacements
- Flashing and metal roofing work
- Storm damage and insurance repairs
- Residential and commercial maintenance
- Conducting roof inspections and condition reports
- Preparing quotations and recommending practical solutions
- Delivering exceptional quality construction and customer service
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and reporting

What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Roofing or Roof Plumbing experience




- Experience carrying out restoration and maintenance works
- Experience preparing quotations and recommendations
- Current White Card
- Working at Heights Certification
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify defects and recommend practical solutions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality construction
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Earning potential of $125,000-$200,000 per year
