About the Role

As ICAH continues to grow, we are looking for a Rostering Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys keeping things moving.

This is a full-time remote position on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, offering flexible hours across a rotating 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

You will play an important role in ensuring our complex care clients have the right people supporting them when they need it. Rosters can change quickly, so we need someone who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure and find practical solutions.

What You will Be Doing

· Create and manage rosters across multiple complex care clients.

· Fill vacant shifts and respond to sick calls, cancellations and last-minute changes.

· Manage staff availability, shift changes and four-week-ahead planning.

· Communicate roster updates with staff, clients and management.

· Identify staffing gaps and act quickly to ensure complex care shifts remain covered.

· Attend daily roster and handover meetings and follow up actions.

· Support the 24-hour line and respond to urgent rostering matters.

· Keep roster information accurate and help improve rostering processes.

You will ideally have experience in rostering, workforce scheduling or a similar role,



and be comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.

You will be someone who:

· Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

· Stays calm and focused when things get busy.

· Thinks on their feet and enjoys solving problems.

· Communicates confidently with staff, clients and management.

· Can manage competing priorities and make decisions quickly.

· Is proactive, reliable and takes ownership.

· Is comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.

· Has experience with rostering or workforce management systems.

Essential Requirements

· National Police Clearance

· Must have a NDIS Worker Screen

· Stable and secure internet connection

· Experience in healthcare or NDIS is highly desirable

· Legal right to work in Australia (must live in Australia)

· Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

· Strong verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
