ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead rope access delivery on your own sites for a national specialist services business. This is hands-on leadership: you run the site, lead from the ropes, and own supervision, safety, quality and the client relationship end to end, backed directly by the State Operations Manager and the leadership team. Sites are spread across our national contracts, so some interstate travel is required. You set the standard your crew works to, and every site you run reflects it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the delivery of rope access services on your assigned sites: supervision, safety, quality and time
- Lead from the ropes: window cleaning, facade repair, painting, sealant application and anchor-based works alongside your crew
- Run the daily safety cycle: toolbox talks, pre-starts, rescue drills and full documentation, completed every day
- Be the key contact for clients on site: updates through the day, issue resolution, final walkthroughs and sign-off
- Train, mentor and develop your technicians, with daily feedback and clear expectations
- Supervise and perform height safety system installation, inspection and rectification
- Manage timesheets, equipment and site planning so works are delivered within the allocated time
- Support other business units with non-rope works when required

ABOUT YOU





- IRATA Level 3 certification
- Proven experience leading rope access crews in high-rise settings
- Skilled in window cleaning, facade repair, painting, sealant application and anchor-based tasks
- Experience in height safety system installation, inspection and rectification
- Confident working directly with clients and managing site documentation
- Strong WHS knowledge and rescue preparedness
- Physically fit, reliable and presentable, willing to support non-rope works when the business needs it, and available for some interstate travel
