? About the Role

As a Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the right caregiver is matched with the right client at the right time. Your role is crucial in maintaining a seamless care experience.

✨ Part-time role based in Osborne Park, Days and times to be discussed ✨

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and scheduling shifts for our caregiving and nursing team
- Responding to scheduling changes and emergencies with calm, solutions-focused thinking
- Building solid relationships with caregivers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records using scheduling software - Alayacare




- Supporting the team with general scheduling enquiries as required
- Data Entry and maintenance of records
- General Administration tasks

✅ What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (experience with scheduling systems highly desirable)
