Details of the role:

- Roster - 8D/6R - FIFO Weds -Weds

- Start date - ASAP

- Darwin Based.

- 6-month casual contract

Accountability:

- Responsible for assisting with ensuring compliance with clients Health and Safety policies and relevant legislation, including providing expert advice to stakeholders.

- Responsible for providing support for internal and external audits.

- Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of site safety database (BSafe)

- Responsible for reviewing and completing investigations, inspections, observations, and hazard management.

Applicant must haves:

- Required - Cert IV OHS

- Desirable - Cert IV TAE

- 3 years experience in safety roles (preferably in mineral mining and processing)

- Demonstrated safety systems experience

- Knowledge of OHS legislation
