What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Safety team and operational leaders, you will:





- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs and initiatives.
- Participate in workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Assist with incident investigations and the development of corrective actions.
- Help maintain safety documentation, records and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to safety training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
- Engage with frontline teams to understand operational risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures.
- Analyse safety data and trends to help drive informed decision making.
- Build relationships across the business and promote a positive safety culture.
- Participate in a structured development program designed to grow your capability and experience.

About You You’re enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn.

You enjoy working with people, asking questions and finding practical solutions to challenges. You’re keen to build your career in safety and want exposure to a quick-paced operational environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll Bring:

- A recent qualification in Workplace Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline. Or previous work experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, maritime, manufacturing.




- A genuine interest in workplace safety and creating positive outcomes for people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop in a hands-on operational environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive attitude, curiosity and a desire to continuously improve.
