Brisbane Isuzu, Archerfield is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated individual to support our great sales team as a Sales Administration Assistant.

To be successful, you will be:

- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – we will train you on our internal software and systems
- Superior customer focus with both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to recognise, analyse and resolve problems
- Confidence to hold conversations with customers as support to the Sales Team

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Supporting the Fleet and Government Sales Department in all administrative aspects of the business to ensure quality, care and attention is maintained
- Assist customers between the initial sale and the final vehicle hand over and co-ordinate delivery processes according to customer requirements
- Assist with producing quotes, contracts, invoices, registration paperwork, vehicle checks and build schedules
- Assist with inbound and outbound communications with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers
- Assist with final vehicle inspection by using a checklist to ensure vehicle is built as requested
