Join Our Team at GYC - Full-Time Sales and Customer Service

We are looking for a motivated and energetic team member to join our Peakhurst retail store in a full-time position. This role is all about providing excellent service to our customers and supporting our team in any way you can.

About the Company

GYC is a successful family-owned business specialising in garden power equipment. With multiple retail outlets across Sydney, we proudly stock leading brands such as Honda, Victa, Stihl, Toro, Cub Cadet, and Greenworks.

We are known for our expert advice, top-quality products, and outstanding after-sales service, including one of the largest ranges of genuine spare parts in the industry.

About the Role The position is vital for keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Assembling and displaying products
- Maintaining clean, organised store presentation
- Supporting the team with general store tasks

? Some Saturday work is required as part of the roster





About You

We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Previous retail experience is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided to suitable candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.
