Role Description This is a permanent part time role of 30 hours per week on-site role based in the Sutherland Shire. The role involves assisting the sales team with quoting, order processing, and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales documentation, maintaining customer records and CRM data, and coordinating follow-up with existing and prospective clients. The position supports marketing activities such as data base management, including data segmentation and preparing and delivering electronic marketing campaigns.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely deliveries, and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Sales skills to support lead follow-up, quoting, upselling, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Training and Sales Management skills to assist in onboarding team members and supporting basic sales coordination activities.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and accurate data entry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in the Sutherland Shire and collaborate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, plastics, or a related industrial sector while advantageous is not essential.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent experience is also valued.
