The Role

This is far more than a traditional Sales Associate position. Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage buyer enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Attend and assist with open inspections, auctions, appraisals and vendor presentations.
- Prepare professional vendor reports, campaign updates and high-quality marketing collateral.
- Support negotiations and sales transactions,



contributing to successful outcomes for clients.
- Work closely with the lead agent to execute premium marketing and sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity and market intelligence.
- Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence and credibility at all times.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A genuine passion for property and a strong desire to build a long-term career in real estate.
- Certificate IV in Property Services (or currently completing).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with a broad range of clients.
- A polished, qualified and corporate presentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High levels of motivation, resilience and commercial awareness.
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-performance environment.
