? What You’ll Be Doing

- Learning the ropes of sales directly from our Business Development Manager
- Getting out and about across Western Sydney, meeting local businesses
- Prospecting, canvassing and opening new doors (yes — calls and face-to-face)
- Learning all about scrap metal, recycling & sustainability




- Supporting sales activity through CRM updates and pipeline tracking
- Sitting in on client meetings and industry events
- Helping prepare quotes, proposals — and learning how to close the deal
- Researching competitors and market trends
- Working with internal teams to build tailored solutions for customers

? About You You don’t need industry experience — we can teach that.

What we can’t teach is attitude.

You’re

- Confident, motivated and not afraid to have a go
- Comfortable talking to people in person and on the phone
- Hungry to learn, grow and build a long-term career
- Organised, reliable and well presented
- Resilient — you don’t give up after a “no”

You’ll also need:
- A valid driver’s licence & reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A; testing
- Waste / scrap metal experience is a bonus (but not required)
