What You’ll Do

- Understand customer needs, buying criteria and decision-making processes
- Develop strong product knowledge across our new and used vehicle range
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Deliver exceptional customer service through a personalised sales experience
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings across automotive retail websites
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
