About You

- You're the one who ends up talking to everybody in the room, who remembers what someone mentioned six months ago, and who rings back when you said you would. People stay with you because of how you treat them, not because you pushed at the right moment.
- Out on the road is where you're at your best. Nobody needs to manage your diary or check whether you made the calls, and you'd rather be trusted with your own territory than sit in a team of ten doing the same thing.
- Good design catches your eye.

maybe you just notice the materials and finishes when you walk into a room and know the difference they make. You don't need to know stone, we'll teach you that properly.

About the Role

- Work with architects and designers on high-end residential and commercial projects, recommending the stone that suits the vision, the site and the budget, and becomes the feature of the room. You'll see each project through from material selection to installation, so your work ends up in the finished building.
- Learn how property gets built. You'll work alongside builders, developers, stonemasons and fabricators across the whole chain.
- Look after the clients already in your portfolio, and open doors CDK Stone hasn't been through yet. Stay in regular contact so you hear about the next project while it's still an idea, and go and find the architects, designers and builders nobody here has met.
- Come back with answers in hours rather than days, get deposit invoices out quickly, hold stock as soon as a client confirms, and keep the CRM current for the team behind you.
- Your territory covers the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. Your first six months or so are based at our Arundel showroom learning the product, then you're working from home and on the road.

Selection Criteria

- Experience in an autonomous, external or field-based sales role
- A passion for beautiful homes and interiors, and the property knowledge to go with it
