About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves events, styling, sales and working with people. No two days will be the same!

Key responsibilities

- Responding to online, phone and email sales enquiries

- Preparing quotes and following up with clients

- Helping customers with event styling and product selections

- Creating styling concepts and ideas for events

- Building relationships with existing and potential clients

- Visiting venues, businesses and events to promote Modern Party

- Seeking out recent business and sales opportunities

- Following up leads and helping grow our client base

- Working closely with our team to ensure our customers receive a great experience from enquiry through to event day

About you

- Friendly, confident and great with people





- Sales-focused and comfortable following up leads

- Creative with a genuine interest in events and styling

- Professional and well presented

- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and quotes

- Proactive — someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities to come to them

- Comfortable getting out and about, introducing themselves and building relationships
- A great communicator both in person and over the phone/email

- Reliable, positive and a team player

Experience with 3d Event Designer or with similar programing is preferable
