ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer & Project Sales Support Manager, this 12-Month Maximum Term Contract is an exciting chance for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our National Sales Team.

Acting as a central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Marketing and external partners, you'll play a key role in managing dealer programs, sales administration, reporting and a variety of commercial support activities.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service or marketing support who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and keeping processes running smoothly.

WHAT'S INVOLVED

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Coordinating dealer, distributor and builder program administration
- Maintaining customer and agreement data within D365 and CRM systems
- Supporting sales reporting, data analysis and program reconciliations
- Managing rebate, rewards and incentive program administration
- Supporting travel bookings, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Maintaining merchandise and uniform ordering processes




- Liaising with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Executive Leadership
- Assisting with executive administration activities, reporting and business updates
- Providing general sales and commercial support to the National Sales Team

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Marketing Coordinator, Customer Service or Administration role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems such as D365 (highly regarded)
- Experience coordinating events, travel or commercial programs (advantageous).
